1. Who we are

This website is operated by OMNITASK Global Solutions Ltd (“OMNITASK”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16657086, with its registered office at 234 Northwood Road, Harefield, Uxbridge, UB9 6PT. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller under registration reference ZC258655. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. The data we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us:

• first and last name
• work email address and phone number
• company name and industry
• the details of your enquiry

If you email or call us directly, we collect the information contained in that correspondence. Our hosting provider also records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, in server logs for security and performance purposes.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your enquiry.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists without your separate agreement. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

• Formspree: processes contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Formspree is based in the United States.
• Hostinger: hosts this website and its server logs.
• Our email provider: stores the enquiries and correspondence we receive.
• Google Fonts: serves the typefaces used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, unless it becomes part of a client relationship, in which case we keep it for as long as needed for that relationship and our legal and accounting obligations (typically six years). Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider’s standard retention periods.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• ask us to correct inaccurate data
• ask us to delete your data
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data
• receive your data in a portable format, where applicable
