01 About OMNITASK

What does OMNITASK do?

OMNITASK is an Enterprise Execution Partner that helps organisations turn strategic priorities into practical delivery and measurable outcomes. We combine five connected capabilities — Consulting, Precision Rework, Retail, Digital and Logistics — allowing clients to use them independently or bring them together around a more complex business challenge.

What is an Enterprise Execution Partner?

An Enterprise Execution Partner bridges the gap between deciding what needs to happen and actually making it happen. Rather than stopping at recommendations, OMNITASK can help define the plan, build the delivery model, assemble the right capabilities, coordinate execution and measure the outcome.

Why OMNITASK →
How is OMNITASK different from a traditional consultancy?

Traditional consultancy engagements can be focused primarily on analysis, strategy and recommendations. OMNITASK is deliberately built closer to execution. We combine strategic thinking with practical operational delivery, keeping senior expertise close to the work from the initial challenge through implementation and measurable outcome.

What industries does OMNITASK work with?

Our experience is strongest across consumer electronics and technology, retail, automotive and IoT, logistics and supply chain. The operating model can also support organisations in adjacent sectors where complex programmes require multiple capabilities, suppliers or operational workstreams to work together.

Sectors we know →
Can we use just one OMNITASK service?

Yes. Our five capabilities can be used standalone or combined. A client may require only consulting, Precision Rework, retail, digital or logistics support. For more complex challenges, we can connect multiple capabilities around one objective and delivery model.

Explore Our Solutions →
Can OMNITASK work alongside our existing teams and suppliers?

Yes. We are designed to work alongside existing client teams, agencies, suppliers and specialist partners. We do not need to replace an established ecosystem. Our role can be to strengthen it, connect the different workstreams and provide clearer ownership around delivery.

Do you work with SMEs as well as large enterprises?

Yes. Our experience has been built largely within major organisations and complex enterprise environments, but the same practical expertise can support ambitious SMEs that need additional capability, senior operational experience or structured programme delivery. The right engagement depends on the challenge rather than simply the size of the organisation.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. OMNITASK is UK-based and can support UK and international programmes, bringing together appropriate specialist and delivery partners around the requirements of each engagement.

How do I get started?

Start with a 30-minute discovery call. There is no obligation and it does not need to begin with a fully defined project. Tell us the objective, challenge or problem that needs solving, and we’ll explore what needs to happen next. Start with the challenge, not a sales pitch.

02 Consulting

What consulting services does OMNITASK provide?

Our consulting capability includes business and operational consultancy, programme and project delivery, operations transformation, vendor and partner management, and commercial strategy and tender management. The focus is practical: turning complex challenges into executable plans with clear ownership, governance and commercial impact.

Explore Consulting →
Can OMNITASK provide programme and project management?

Yes. We can provide senior programme leadership and hands-on project delivery from initial mobilisation through execution, governance, performance reporting and outcome measurement. This can be delivered as a standalone engagement or as part of a wider OMNITASK solution.

Explore Consulting →
Can you provide interim leadership support?

Yes. Where a programme requires additional senior capability, OMNITASK can provide interim operational, programme or transformation leadership to work alongside the client’s existing organisation. The objective is to strengthen capability and accelerate delivery rather than create unnecessary management layers.

Can OMNITASK support procurement and tender exercises?

Yes. We can help define requirements, develop commercial models, structure procurement activity, evaluate potential suppliers and support negotiations and mobilisation. Our operational experience also helps ensure procurement decisions consider how the proposed solution will actually work once implementation begins.

Can you manage suppliers and delivery partners on our behalf?

Yes. Vendor and partner management is an important part of our consulting and programme-delivery capability. We can help establish responsibilities, governance, service levels, performance measures and escalation routes so that multiple organisations remain aligned around the required outcome.

03 Precision Rework

What is Precision Rework?

Precision Rework is the controlled intervention of products or devices that require changes before deployment, redeployment, return to stock or their next destination. Depending on the programme, this can include inspection and assessment, device configuration, software or firmware updates, application deployment, kitting, product preparation, quality control and validation.

Explore Precision Rework →
What types of Precision Rework projects can OMNITASK support?

We can design and coordinate programmes involving consumer electronics and technology products that require controlled intervention at scale. Typical requirements may include product or specification changes, device configuration, software updates, application deployment, retail display preparation, kitting, validation and end-of-life recovery.

Can you support large-volume rework programmes?

Yes. Precision Rework is designed as an operational programme rather than simply a bench-level technical activity. We establish the required scope, volumes, work instructions, quality criteria, reporting and deployment requirements before building the appropriate delivery model around the programme.

How do you maintain quality during a rework programme?

Quality requirements and release criteria are defined before execution begins. Products can then move through a controlled process incorporating defined work instructions, appropriate checks, validation, reporting and release criteria so that completion can be measured against the agreed specification.

What happens to products after Precision Rework is completed?

That depends on the programme. Products may be returned to stock, deployed into retail locations, moved to another market or destination, prepared for resale or redeployment, or passed into another stage of their lifecycle. Because OMNITASK also provides logistics and retail capabilities, the programme can continue beyond the rework intervention where required.

Can Precision Rework be combined with logistics and retail deployment?

Yes. This is one of the advantages of the OMNITASK model. A programme can connect collection, inbound logistics, Precision Rework, validation, storage, onward transportation, retail deployment and asset recovery under a coordinated delivery model rather than treating every stage as a separate project.

04 Retail

What retail services does OMNITASK provide?

Our retail capability covers retail audits, compliance solutions, retail technology solutions, merchandising, and retail rollout execution and maintenance. The objective is to give organisations greater visibility, consistency and control across their retail estate — from understanding what is actually happening in store, through deploying the programme, to keeping the implemented solution presented and operating to the required standard.

Explore Retail →
Can OMNITASK support nationwide retail rollouts?

Yes. We can coordinate multi-site retail rollouts including product launches, estate changes, merchandising programmes, display and technology deployments, and the ongoing maintenance of what has been implemented. The delivery model is built around the scale, timing, geography and requirements of each programme.

How can OMNITASK improve retail execution and compliance?

We combine clear execution standards with operational delivery, reporting and performance insight. This gives clients greater visibility of what is actually happening across the estate, helps identify execution gaps earlier and allows corrective action to be focused where it will have the greatest impact.

Can you manage retail assets and display devices?

Yes. We can coordinate the preparation, movement, deployment, configuration, validation and recovery of retail assets and demonstration devices where required. This can also connect directly with our Precision Rework, Digital and Logistics capabilities.

05 Digital

What digital solutions does OMNITASK provide?

Our Digital capability focuses on using technology and data to improve operational performance. This can include operational dashboards, workflow and process automation, connected operations and device management, retail technology solutions, performance reporting and digital solution design and deployment.

Explore Digital →
Can OMNITASK create operational dashboards and reporting?

Yes. We can help bring relevant operational information together into dashboards and reporting that give teams clearer visibility of performance, priorities, risks and issues. The objective is not simply to create more data — it is to make the information easier to understand and act upon.

Can you support connected devices and device-management programmes?

Yes. Where appropriate, OMNITASK can help connect devices, platforms and operational processes to improve visibility, control and management across distributed environments. This can include technology-enabled retail and enterprise device programmes.

Can OMNITASK support digital transformation?

Yes, particularly where the challenge sits between technology and operational execution. We focus on translating operational requirements into practical digital solutions and coordinating implementation so that technology supports a defined business outcome rather than becoming the outcome itself.

06 Logistics

What logistics services does OMNITASK provide?

Our logistics capability can support freight forwarding and customs requirements, warehousing and fulfilment coordination, kitting, configuration and activation, UK-wide courier and final-mile services, deployment and rollout logistics, and asset recovery and reverse logistics. We do not own warehouses or vehicles — we coordinate the right specialist partners around the programme. We coordinate these activities around the wider operational programme rather than treating product movement in isolation.

Explore Logistics →
Do you provide international freight forwarding and customs support?

We can coordinate domestic and international freight movements and appropriate customs support through specialist logistics partners selected around the requirements of the programme.

Can OMNITASK manage reverse logistics and asset recovery?

Yes. We can coordinate the recovery of products and assets from retail and operational environments and manage their controlled movement back through the supply chain. Where required, recovered products can then connect into assessment, Precision Rework, redeployment or onward disposition.

Can you support product launches?

Yes. Product launches are a good example of where OMNITASK’s connected capabilities can add value. Depending on the requirement, a launch could combine programme management, product preparation, Precision Rework, logistics, retail deployment, digital visibility and performance reporting within one coordinated programme.

07 Engagement & Pricing

How does an OMNITASK engagement typically work?

We use a simple four-stage framework: Discover → Design → Deliver → Optimise. We first understand the challenge and desired outcome, then design the delivery model, mobilise and execute the programme, and use performance insight to optimise the result.

Explore Our Process →
How are projects priced?

Pricing is built around the shape of the engagement rather than a standard rate card. Scope, duration, capability mix, delivery risk and the level of senior involvement all affect it. For defined pieces of work we will normally propose a fixed price against an agreed scope. For ongoing or evolving programmes, a time-based or managed-service structure usually works better. Whichever model applies, the commercial approach is agreed before delivery starts, and any change to scope is agreed before it affects cost.

Do you work on fixed-scope, project, retainer or managed-service models?

All four, depending on what the work actually needs. A defined deliverable suits a fixed scope. A programme with a clear start and end suits a project structure. Continuing advisory or operational support suits a retainer. Where OMNITASK runs an ongoing operational function, a managed-service arrangement gives the clearest accountability. The model is a means of controlling risk and cost, so we would rather agree the right one than force the work into a preferred structure.

How quickly can OMNITASK mobilise?

Mobilisation depends on the scope, scale, geography and specialist capabilities required. For many engagements, the first step is a focused discovery phase to understand the objective, constraints, dependencies and required outcome. From there, we can define the appropriate delivery model and mobilisation plan.

Can you work within our existing procurement framework?

Yes. We expect to work within client procurement, onboarding and supplier-management processes rather than around them, including supplier questionnaires, framework agreements, purchase-order processes and agreed terms. If a formal onboarding process is required before work can begin, it is better to start it early, because it is frequently the longest lead time between agreeing an approach and being able to act on it.

Who owns the client relationship and programme accountability?

OMNITASK does, as a single point of accountability. Senior involvement stays close to the work rather than appearing at the sale and disappearing at delivery. Where specialist partners are used, they are coordinated by OMNITASK and the client is not left managing the relationships between them. Ownership, decision rights and escalation routes are agreed at kick-off so that accountability is explicit rather than assumed.

Why OMNITASK →
How does OMNITASK manage specialist delivery partners?

Capability is assembled around the requirement, which often means bringing in specialist partners alongside our own involvement. Those partners are contracted, briefed, coordinated and performance-managed by OMNITASK, within the same governance and reporting used for the rest of the programme. The client retains visibility of who is doing what, but deals with one accountable partner rather than a set of separate suppliers.

Why choose OMNITASK?

OMNITASK combines enterprise experience with start-up agility and hands-on execution. The business is new, but the experience behind it has been built over 25 years across technology, retail, operations and complex enterprise programmes. Our model keeps senior expertise close to the work and connects the capabilities required to move from strategy to operational performance.

08 Security & Compliance

Can you sign an NDA before we discuss our requirement?

Yes. We are happy to work under a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any detailed discussion, and can either sign your standard NDA or provide one. Most useful conversations involve commercially sensitive information about products, volumes, suppliers, costs or timing, so putting an NDA in place first tends to make the conversation more productive rather than less.

Get in touch →
How do you manage confidential or commercially sensitive information?

Client information is treated as confidential by default, shared only with the people who need it to do the work, and covered by confidentiality obligations that extend to any specialist delivery partner involved. Where a programme involves particularly sensitive information — unreleased products, pricing, supplier terms or customer data — handling arrangements are agreed in writing before the work starts rather than assumed.

How is personal data handled?

Any personal data shared with OMNITASK is handled in line with UK data protection law and our privacy notice. Where an engagement involves processing personal data on a client’s behalf, the roles, purposes, retention periods and security arrangements are set out in the contract before processing begins. Enquiry details submitted through this website are used only to respond to that enquiry.

Read our Privacy Policy →
What contractual, insurance and compliance information can you provide?

We expect to complete supplier due diligence as part of onboarding, and can provide current company, insurance, contractual and compliance documentation on request. Because requirements differ significantly between organisations, it is more useful to respond to your specific procurement or vendor-assurance requirements directly than to publish a general statement here.
